Returns & Refunds Policy

At Patioscape Outdoors, we understand that circumstances can change. That’s why we offer a clear, transparent return process designed to be fair to our customers while aligning with the policies of the premium manufacturers and suppliers we work with.

Please review the details below carefully before initiating a return.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return or exchange window starting from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in like-new condition

  • All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and components must be included

  • The product must not show signs of use, installation, damage, or modification

All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please contact our team first:

Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions. Returns sent without an RA number will be refused.


Restocking Fees & Return Shipping

  • Most returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the manufacturer and supplier

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Restocking fees are determined by the brand and supplier and are not controlled by Patioscape Outdoors.


Inspection & Approval Process

Once your return is received, the item will be inspected to ensure it meets return eligibility requirements.

You will be notified by email regarding:

  • Receipt of the returned item

  • Approval or rejection of the return

  • Any applicable deductions (restocking fees, damages, or missing components)

If the product is returned damaged, incomplete, or used, the return may be denied or subject to additional fees.


Refund Processing Timeline

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days on our end

  • After processing, it may take an additional 5–14 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note: Payment processing timelines vary by financial institution and are outside of our control.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or modified

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Clearance, final-sale, or special-order items (if applicable)

  • Items returned without prior authorization


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and supplier approval. Any price differences, shipping costs, or restocking fees may apply.
