While the website looks convincing this business is a scam. They send you nice email to confirm shipping and their “family” story, but come delivery day nothing shows up. They won’t answer their “expert” number and their email correspondence basically says your package is at your local post office, which for me clearly wasn’t true. Don’t fall victim like me. Go somewhere else.

Will it work on a small second floor deck
Let me start by saying I RARELY take the time to write a review, however in this case I figured it was worth my time to do so. I was prepared to order a $4500 NG built-in griddle from a high-end manuf. I saw this model at Lowe's (in black, not SS) and was impressed by the quality. I then went on Google and found this store and found this stainless steel model for HALF the and it had all of the specifications that me and my husband were looking for so we ordered it right away! It came about 7 days later and even the FedEx guy said his family has the same one and absolutely LOVED it!
Assembly was simple...the griddle weighs a LOT. Definitely got the husband to do that. Nonetheless, we began using the griddle Friday night with a friend of mine who's a chef doing teppanyaki for a large group of us. It was amazing! Sat am we cooked a dozen scrambled eggs, 5 lbs' of bacon, hash browns and several dozen pancakes. Time from start to finish...around 30 min. Cleanup was a breeze! I'll spare you the rest of the weekends menu, but everything we put on the griddle came out absolute amazing! We went thru a whole tank of LP by the end of Sunday night. Obviously I'm incredibly impressed with the quality and the price of this griddle! I just bought a $3000 high-end NG grill and I have to say, I've opted for this griddle over the grill most nights.
With cleaning and oiling after EACH USE I'm convinced this griddle will last for years. Heck, if it doesn't for some reason I can buy 2 more of them with the money I would have spent on the high-end griddle I was ready to purchase before buying this griddle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
