Large items that ship via freight (not UPS or Fedex) require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a call from the shipping company to arrange a time and day for delivery that works for you.
PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should contact us IMMEDIATELY. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 Hours of delivery and send photos to support@patioscapeoutdoors . We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue or replace your order.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Generally, most of the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new condition and unopened.
Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues.
If there is a damage in the product, the customer is not responsible for the shipping costs and restocking fees that apply for the return.
Customer remorse: If there is no damage to the product, the customer will be responsible of paying for shipping and restocking fees. The customer will be given a refund of the remaining balance.
Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).
Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping cost, even if the item was "free shipping". Any damages to products may void the return.
Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.

This is an incredible deck cooking machine. When my old grill was on its last legs, I had to decide whether to rebuild the burners or buy a new one. I realized my cooking style had evolved; now, I prefer vegetables and fish over steaks, burgers, and hot dogs. I thought I might have to build something myself but decided to check online first. I found this griddle on Amazon for $269, including shipping.
Assembly took about an hour, including finding batteries. My whole family loves it. We've cooked Japanese steakhouse-style meals, turkey burgers, tuna steaks, and salmon. It's great for finely chopped veggies and making fried rice with steamed brown rice. No one around here had seen or heard of these griddles, so it's pretty novel. Thanks to my wife, photos of the griddle with multiple items cooking are all over Facebook.
The steel top is heavier than any grill I've owned—it's truly a heavy-duty machine. If you keep it outside, you'll need to buy a cover to prevent rust. I'm so impressed that I'm fixing up my deck for entertaining. I'm getting an indoor/outdoor carpet to cover the old pressure-treated planks and a 6-person table and chairs from Lowes.
This griddle makes the best burgers and turkey burgers I've ever cooked. They come out with a nice brown crust and stay moist, with no more flare-ups, char, or dried-out burgers. My favorite is mixed veggie stir-fry. We cook huge amounts of turkey burgers, veggies, and fried rice, so we have leftovers all week without heating up the house. And for fish, it’s perfect because there's no lingering smell inside.
I was thinking about getting a small grill for the deck, but the more I use the griddle, the less attractive that idea seems. I've heard the best steaks are cooked in a super-hot skillet, but I haven't tried steaks or hot dogs yet. If the picture comes through, you'll see 2 lbs of turkey burgers and 1 lb of ground turkey mixed with veggies. Once it cools down a bit, I'll add 10 whipped eggs, spread it out, and top it with shredded cheese until it melts.
We are so in love with our Primo Kamado it's incredible!!! Patioscape Outdoors had it shipped out to us in 6 days and my husband couldn't of been any happier when it landed. Although he spends a LOT more time on the grill now, we love it when it's a Friday/Saturday and it's time to kick back, relax, grill some nice food and just have a beautiful day. The Grill is kickin' and man am I and the family enjoying it. Love the way it looks, it locks in the heat and really delivers on whatever you throw on it. Can't recommend a Primo Kamado enough!!!

We are so happy with our new outdoor stove! We were looking for a fire pit for our newly built paver circle. Friends of ours told us about their Solo Stove, and we really liked the clean look of it, and that it was smokeless. We started looking them over on-line, and loved the size of the Yukon Stove. We are delighted with it and the fact we were able to get the bundle with the lid and ring at for the bottom to help with air circulation. It’s a winner in our book!
We've been super happy and we've been loving the Yukon. It's received so many compliments on the Water color option we chose as seen by the photos below. And as seen there, it's kept us quite warm over the last month!
As long time fire pit users we put off spending the $$ on this awesome fire pit! Man we love it. Starts wicked easy and the wife loves that we can enjoy it without her hair smelling like smoke 😉 wish we hadn’t waited but we’re good now haha!
This solo stove is everything I expected it to be. Extremely efficient and easy to set up and place where you want it. I love that ability to move it to where you want it. Highly recommend!
Our Yukon is the best. It has allowed us to enjoy more evenings on the deck. We get many compliments on the color and how it contains the flames and ash.
I never do campfires because I'm never around to maintain or ensure the fire is safe (always exploring or doing something with my dog). This thing allows to get a quick fire started and the lid allows me to leave knowing it will be safe and I love how portable and the heat out put it gives. Truly burns efficiently and completely with no smoke.
I bought a bundle on sale that included the Bonfire, stand, lid, and travel bag. While I haven’t tried transporting it, everything else works great. I had an easier time than expected fitting firewood into the Bonfire, so I’m glad that I bought this instead of the Yukon, which would have been too much for my small yard. I also bought a heat deflector, but didn’t try it yet.
Love this blue! Camp Fire is great. I hate smoke so this is perfect for us! Looks beautiful outside with my new pavers.

The primo junior is great. It has been used to bake apple pie. It grill great steaks and the rotisserie is fabulous for chicken. The service has been great thanks you guys.
