I spent a lot of time researching grills before choosing the Napoleon Prestige PRO 500 Gas Grill, and it has exceeded every expectation.
The build quality stands out immediately. It’s a substantial, well-designed grill with extensive stainless steel construction and a one-piece cast aluminum firebox with no welds, so zero rust concerns there. It genuinely feels solid, premium, and built to last.
Now let's talk performance as it has been excellent. The burners ignite very well, heat output is strong, and temperature control is perfect. The infrared sear burner is a standout for steaks, and the full-width drip pan definitely makes cleanup far easier than expected. The interior halogen lighting is also a great touch for evening cooking.
Customer support was also extremely helpful through the buying and deliver process.
Shipping and delivery were smooth from start to finish. Tracking was clear, freight delivery was handled professionally, and while assembly is more involved than a typical grill, the instructions were straightforward and everything fit together properly.
I also appreciate the simplicity of the grill. With so many grills moving toward screens and smart features, this one keeps things mechanical and reliable, which is exactly what I wanted.
